Well, what I meant was that taking large sample group would overall show random, since MM in my case would treat each participant differently, based on their stats or whatever would be used.
One would need to take several players from both side of the average divider, have all track few hundred games and then compare results between those groups. And of course differences would be subtle, since that sort of “manipulation” would effect only chance to win and not necessarily actual wins. What would be interesting is to compare 2 players with similar efficiency ratings but one bit above average WinRate, other below.
It might not be very useful to compare 2 players with very different efficiency I use that as measurement how person plays in match , since obviously better player would statistically effect battle more and win more.

While the hull armor does not provide overwhelming thickness values most places are either angled very well or can be deceiving. The index at the bottom of each picture describes a few abbreviations used and also the format in which the armor details are described in.
Effective Armor EA refers to the overall effectiveness of the armor without normalization. The purple sections on each view represent places such as the track armor or view ports that you can do module damage but not HP damage.
The Japanese Type 3 Chi-Nu Kai Medium is something of a departure for the other Premium Mediums in the fact that it has a high alpha, high penetrating gun – one of the best Tier V tanks in this respect Premium or otherwise.
The increased penetration and rate of fire will allow this TD to perform its main role: At the same time, complex changes to mobility will allow for escaping enemy fire and fighting for survival in close-range combat. Matchmaking Matchmaking The composition of tanks in each team is a task of matchmaker. It works in following manner. It takes one tank from the queue and looks at his tier. For example it is IS – russian heavy with tier 7.

I wrote that I have the hunch of World of Tanks being a rigged game, where via matchmaking, tinkering with penetration and probably hit chances and damage numbers the developers guarantee that everyone remains close to the average in terms of kills and wins, so no one quits either because of “too easy”, nor “im pwned by nolifers lol”.
The title is misleading because I still don’t and can’t have a real proof. What I have is something that very much correlate to my theory and has one alternative explanation only:
World of Tanks matchmaking now follows a template-based algorithm. This means that the matchmaking system will try to fit players into a 3/5/7 matchmaking template, with a ±2 tier difference for each level. Ideally, the matchmaking system will create teams with only three tanks at top tier, five at mid-tier, and seven at the bottom.
All premium tanks come with Elite status and require no module research. Most premium tanks benefit from greater credit income than regular tanks. This credit bonus increases with the tiers, which makes standard tier VIII premiums the most profitable tanks available to all players in the game. Many players regularly play tier VIII or other premiums to earn the credits necessary to pay for new tanks, modules, equipment, etc.
The one exception to this are special event vehicles, which are premium tanks given as rewards for missions and other competitions some examples are the StuG IV and the T28 Concept. Such vehicles benefit from all of the advantages of regular premium tanks, except the increased credit income. Premium tanks are also very useful for training crews. Unlike regular tanks, premium tanks can accept crew members trained for other tanks of the same nationality and type without a proficiency penalty.
